4 Arrested on Suspicion of Sex With a Minor

Four alleged gang members from east Ventura County were arrested on suspicion of having unlawful sex with a 15-year-old girl during a gang initiation, authorities said.
Robert Dighero, 18, of Newbury Park, Damian Gamez, 20, of Simi Valley, Jaime Portillo, 19, of Newbury Park and Hector Martinez, 18, of Newbury Park were booked in the county jail in Simi Valley on Friday and are being held in lieu of $100,000 bail each.
The girl, a local runaway, was dating one of the gang members, authorities said.
