It’s a Busy Night, With 13 Races on the Card

Before and after the five Grade I events on tonight’s MBNA America Challenge program, there will be other competitive races.

The marathon 13-race card begins with the $20,000 Nutrena Stakes for older horses at 350 yards, continues with the $12,500 AQHYA for older horses at 350 yards, the $20,000 American Quarter Horse for older fillies and mares at 400 yards, the $20,000 American Quarter Horse for 2-year-olds at 350 yards and the $75,000 Professional’s Choice Claiming for older horses at 350 yards.

After the Grade I races, the card will resume with the $20,000 Sooner Trailer Derby for 3-year-olds at 400 yards, the $20,000 Sam Houston Race Park Stakes for older horses at 870 yards and the PCQHRA Stakes for older horses at 440 yards.
