NBC juggles Friday lineup

Share

NBC is making a Friday schedule change, hoping to boost the chances of “Miss Match,” which has been hurting at 8 p.m. against CBS’ new “Joan of Arcadia.”

This week and next, “Miss Match” will move to 9 p.m., preceded this week by a rerun of Bravo’s “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” and next week by “Dateline NBC.”

Both nights, struggling “Boomtown” is off the schedule at 10 and will be replaced by “Law and Order: SVU,” which had the slot last season. NBC said “Boomtown” hasn’t been canceled and will return later in the season.
