A Pasadena woman missing for nearly two weeks returned home just as suddenly as she had disappeared, police said Sunday.

Ann Clary Judy, 57, turned up at her Bellevue Drive home late Saturday, disoriented and dehydrated, according to a Pasadena Police Department statement.

Judy’s husband, J. Lawrence Judy, called police around 10:30 p.m. to say he had just answered the front door of the home to find his wife standing there.

Officers said it appeared Judy had returned voluntarily and had not been a victim of foul play. She was taken to an undisclosed hospital for examination.

Police said Judy remained hospitalized Sunday but believed her to be in good condition. She told them she had left on her own and had stayed at “various locations,” according to the Police Department statement. An investigation into the incident is continuing.

Judy vanished March 23, sometime after having lunch with her daughter and before her husband returned from a business trip that night. She had left behind her keys, car and wallet.

The family could not be reached for comment.
