Re “Parolee DNA Testing OKd,” Aug. 19: So Big Brother will take DNA from federal parolees.
Why not cut to the chase and require hospitals to take samples from all newborns? That way, we can save years of legal wrangling. Babies will not be able to challenge the “minimal intrusion.”
