Man Is Found Dead Inside His Car

A man who was found dead inside his car late Wednesday was the victim of foul play, Garden Grove police said.
The man, said to be in his 20s, was discovered shortly before 9 p.m. inside a Ford Crown Victoria parked on Haster Street near Lampson Avenue, police said. His name was not released pending notification of relatives.
A passerby who thought the man was unconscious called police.
