Suspect in Fatal Shooting Is Arrested in Germany
From Times Wire Reports
The search for a man suspected of a murder in Marin City more than seven years ago has come to an end in Germany.
The Marin County district attorney’s office has started extradition proceedings for Joseph Michel after his arrest at a train station in Aachen, Germany.
Michel, also known as JoJo Koulibaly, has been wanted since the January 1997 shooting of Ronnie Small Jr. during a birthday party.
Small, then 20, was ambushed by a group of men and shot over what investigators say was a drug dispute.
