MOVE OVER, JAY: Jay Leno may be the country’s most popular late-night comedian, but a cable newcomer got the last laugh when the Emmy nominations were announced. In only its first season, “Chappelle’s Show,” Dave Chappelle’s series on Comedy Central, bounced “The Tonight Show” -- nominated 10 of the last 11 years -- out of the running for outstanding variety, music or comedy series. Chappelle’s sketch comedy series scored two other nominations in that area as well, for writing and directing.
