Car Hit by Gunfire Strikes Pedestrian

Police searched Tuesday for a gunman who fired on a car, wounding a passenger and causing the vehicle to hit a pedestrian.
The shooting occurred at 7:12 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Cameron Avenue. The suspect approached the car as it slowly passed an apartment building and shot a 19-year-old in the back seat, police said. The car then veered into an elderly man.
