Two Men Arrested in Slaying of Teens

Two suspects have been arrested in the killings of a teenage brother and sister during an attempted robbery Jan. 31, Los Angeles police said Monday.
Frank Williams, 20, was arrested without incident Thursday in Los Angeles, 10 days after Leon Brown, 20, was arrested. Both men have been charged with double counts of murder, police said.
Shulma Ramos, 17, and Jason Ramos, 16, were shot to death in the 3100 block of West Adams Boulevard, police said.
