Coroner Seeks Identity of Man Killed by Train
LOS ANGELES
The Los Angeles County coroner’s office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who was struck and killed by a freight train March 19 in San Gabriel.
The man, believed to be Latino, was 5 feet 6 and weighed about 150 pounds, coroner’s officials said. He had thinning brown hair, and his age was estimated at 45 to 60. He had upper and lower dentures, and was wearing gray pants and a tan polo shirt. He was struck by the train at Del Mar Avenue, north of Main Street, according to a coroner’s news release.
