A woman who was involved in a car accident that killed two people and injured three others in July was charged Monday with vehicular manslaughter, officials said.
Livier Christina Ramirez, 45, of Anaheim, also faces charges of felony hit and run and driving with a suspended license. She is being held at Orange County Jail on $250,000 bail.
