Seal Beach Motorist Is Killed in Collision
A Seal Beach man was killed Friday morning in a two-car collision, police said.
The man, identified as Richard B. Healey, 56, was traveling north on Candleberry Avenue in Seal Beach and attempted to turn west on Lampson Avenue when his car was hit by an SUV traveling east on Lampson, police said.
Healey was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, who was not identified, complained of pain but refused treatment.
