Slain Liquor Store Owner Resided in O.C.

A liquor store owner found stabbed to death at his Hawaiian Gardens shop was identified Tuesday as Il Shin Chang of Anaheim, Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials said.
Chang, 49, was stabbed in the upper torso about 4:45 p.m. Monday during a robbery at the Quickie Mart Food Store in the 12300 block of Carson Street, said Deputy Josie Woolum.
Chang was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities found the suspect’s bloody T-shirt, which is being analyzed.
