Save the Seal and Money
Re “Officials Vote to Replace County Seal,” Sept. 15: Let’s save Los Angeles County $800,000. Keep the seal (it’s history, not religion) and get rid of the ACLU and the three supervisors who were cowardly enough to vote to “embrace the new seal.” What is wrong with these people? A mission without a cross? Who will finally stand up to the ACLU? Not those three supervisors. I say let the ACLU sue, and keep the seal, as is (or was).
