Darryl Dora made a three-point basket with 3.6 seconds left in the second overtime to give Texas Tech an 80-79 victory over No. 2-ranked Kansas on Monday night at Lubbock, Texas, the Jayhawks’ first Big 12 Conference loss this season.

A desperation shot by Aaron Miles bounced off the backboard as the buzzer sounded and the fans flooded the court and began to chant “Bobby, Bobby,” for Coach Bob Knight, who beat Kansas for the first time in his four seasons at Texas Tech.

Keith Langford scored all five points in the second overtime for the Jayhawks, who fell to 20-2 overall and 10-1 in the conference.
