The fatal shooting of a motorist at a busy intersection in south Sacramento may be gang-related, sheriff’s deputies said.
Pra Yang, 23, of Marysville was shot as he sat in his car at a stoplight on Florin Road at Stockton Boulevard about 1:20 p.m. Sunday. Investigators said two men got out of a silver 1997 Toyota Camry, went around a bus filled with 16 children from a Roseville church and fired up to 18 rounds into Yang’s car.
Witnesses told investigators that the assailants fled in the Toyota.
