No. 2 Duke Routs Auburn

Wanisha Smith scored 12 of her 15 points in the second half, leading No. 2 Duke to an 80-61 victory over Auburn in the final round of the Auburn Holiday Classic Friday at Auburn, Ala.

The Blue Devils (13-1), who recorded their 11th consecutive victory, led by as many as 31 points in the second half. Natasha Brackett led the Tigers (9-3) with 16 points.

No. 25 New Mexico 63, San Francisco 52 -- The Lobos (9-1) made only one of their first 15 shots to open the second half at Albuquerque. The Dons (6-7) moved to within seven points, at 43-36, with 11:05 left, but Jana Francis then went on a 7-0 run for the Lobos.
