Tourist Boat Capsizes, Killing at Least 7 People

A speedboat packed with tourists capsized as it headed to the Thai island of Koh Samui after a beach party, killing at least seven people, including a U.S. man and three other Westerners, officials said.
Twenty-five people were reported missing.
