Fired Up Over Upshaw

So, Gene Upshaw wants to fire the arbitrator who ruled against Terrell Owens. Does this mean that everyone who has had a ruling against them can get the ruling person fired? If the arbitrator ruled in favor of Owens (and the NFLPA), would Upshaw have had him over for dinner and given him a raise?

Can I get the umpire in my beer league fired? You know, the guy who called me out at second base, even though I believe I was safe?
