Re “From Skid Row to Disney Hall,” Oct. 9
I have one word for Steve Lopez: Bravo. He has humanized the homeless mentally ill problem in Los Angeles and introduced it to us by name. We know Nathaniel; we can no longer look away. Now we need to take action.
L.A. residents must cough up the money for mental health services to provide outreach programs for the thousands of homeless mentally ill who live without a safety net. Thanks for having the sense to give Lopez Page 1.
