Wrestling diva has a spring in her step

STACY KEIBLER’S evolution from pro wrestling diva to network dancing star is as improbable as they come. But the Beverly Hills resident insists she’s only getting started. “Being on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ has exposed me to a whole new audience,” she says. “I’ve been taking acting lessons, so hopefully the show will lead to some good things.”

Keibler has wowed the judges on ABC’s surprise hit, and she’s an odds-on pick to continue her run in tonight’s elimination round. The 26-year-old says all she’s ever wanted is a career with legs. That, and a tango-free weekend.

Going to Teddy’s

I’d start on a Friday night by going to dinner with friends at Katana, which is like a tapas bar except with Japanese food. I love the feel of the place, and the food is absolutely amazing. There are all these great small dishes that you can share with everyone, and I especially like the fish filet wrapped in asparagus. The sushi’s good too.

After dinner, we might go to a bar or a club, and I really like the ones in the Hollywood Roosevelt. They have a new club called Teddy’s, so we’d take our chances that we could get in there and have some fun.

Cruising around

On Saturday morning, I’d go to Runyon Canyon Park for a jog. I usually run all the way up and then walk down, and if it’s a clear day, the views are just amazing.

For lunch, I’ll go to the Green Earth Cafe and get a salad. They have a lot of nice, healthy stuff there. Then my boyfriend Geoff and I would head down to Long Beach, where we have friends who own a boat. We’d enjoy spending a nice day cruising around and having some drinks and relaxing.

In the evening, we’d go to Mastro’s in Beverly Hills. I’ve been in all 50 states and all over the world, and Mastro’s serves the best steaks I’ve ever had. The filets and the bone-in rib-eyes -- they just melt in your mouth.

Then we’d go down to Santa Monica Pier and look around, and end up at Brennan’s Pub in Marina del Rey. We were there the other night and they were having turtle races. It was so much fun.

Pancakes and pizza

I’d start off Sunday by going to Emerson Hall Fitness in West Hollywood. I’d do maybe two hours of cardio and weight training, maybe pick one body part and focus on that.

I’ve never been one for Sunday brunch, so I’d go to the Griddle in West Hollywood and order some of their amazing pancakes. They have so many different kinds, even some with candy in them, but I’d get the ones with bananas and blueberries.

After that, I’d go shopping at the Third Street Promenade, which also is great for people watching. And for a Baltimore native to be able to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine in the winter, it’s just fantastic.

In the evening, we’d just wind down by ordering takeout from Berri’s Pizza Cafe on 3rd Street. Eat a vegetarian or pepperoni pizza, watch TiVo and stay in for the night.
