Marine, 19, Held in Strangling of Man

A 19-year-old Marine was arrested Monday in connection with the strangling of a man he had met three days earlier, authorities said.
James Hardy, stationed at Camp Pendleton, was arrested in the killing of Raymund Catolico, 39, whose body was found in his apartment last week.
Hardy was using Catolico’s credit cards, police said.
