3.6 Quake Rattles Riverside County

A minor quake shook the western rim of Riverside County Sunday morning. With an epicenter about 8 miles northwest of Lake Elsinore and 10 miles northeast of Rancho Santa Margarita, the magnitude 3.6 quake struck at 8:58 a.m. Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said there were no reports of injuries or damage.
