Dinner at Koi, a spa day in Beverly Hills? She’s far from ‘Unfabulous’

EMMA ROBERTS is a name to remember, and not just because she’s the 15-year-old niece of Julia Roberts and daughter of Eric. Emma’s been doing nicely in her own right, starring on Nickelodeon’s “Unfabulous” and in the movie “Aquamarine.” She’s wrapping up work as “Nancy Drew,” in theaters next summer. Oh, and she sings! But at home in L.A., Emma comes across as a regular teen with ideas for her own decidedly fabulous weekend.

Girls’ night out

For dinner on a Friday night I’d get together some of my friends and go to Koi, which has the best sushi and a really cool atmosphere. And it’s always jammed. We like to order an assortment of things so we can pick off each other’s plates while we’re all talking, but I especially like the tuna on crispy rice.

After dinner, we might go see a movie at the ArcLight, which is nice because the screens are so big and the seats are really comfortable. But the thing I like the best there is the little gift shop next to the box office. It’s got cards and stationery and magazines and just a lot of cute stuff.

Soccer and shopping

On Saturday morning I like to go out to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and get a decaf ice-blended mocha and a sesame-seed bagel, and then I’ll come home and kick the soccer ball around in my backyard or go somewhere and play tennis. I have a pink tennis racket, a pink soccer ball and a pink soccer bag.

For lunch I’d go to the Urth Caffe on Melrose and get the chicken pesto sandwich. I love those. Once, I ate three of them in a single day.

I’d do a little shopping, maybe at Madison on Robertson. The one in Malibu is good too. It has great clothes and bags and sunglasses, all the usual stuff, but really cute. Lisa Klein also has great clothes. After that, I might go swimming over at a friend’s house and back home for some reading, which I love to do.

At night, I’d go to dinner at Magnolia on Sunset. It’s so good, and it’s right near Nickelodeon. I’d either get a cheeseburger or the mac and cheese, and maybe the strawberry cheesecake for dessert. But my favorite place for something sweet is Coldstone in Calabasas. I’d go there with my friends and get chocolate ice cream with Reese’s Pieces thrown in.

Friends, family time

On a Sunday, I’d take my 5-year-old sister, Gracie, to Disneyland, and we’d go on all the rides.

Or I could go with my girlfriends to the Beverly Hills Hotel -- I love the place because it’s pink -- and have a spa day, with all of us getting manicures, pedicures and massages. After that, we’d have lunch in the Polo Lounge.

But if I wanted to stay close to home on a Sunday, I’d go to Malibu and hang out with my mom and Grace there at the park. I tried surfing a couple of times, but that’s about it. Maybe we’d get a good turkey sandwich at John’s Garden, and then go to a newsstand. Every once in a while I see my face on a magazine, and it’s a pretty strange feeling.

After going home and doing some homework, I’d go out to Nobu for dinner and have more sushi. I like the tuna and avocado on a cracker thingy.
