Put DWP in its place
Re “L.A. Told Again: Fix Owens River,” Sept. 28
There’s just no end to the greed and duplicity of the L.A. Department of Water and Power. Let’s hope that justice finally will prevail and put that avaricious and arrogant, responsible-tonobody-but-special-interests agency in its place.
