Delgadillo names lawyer to advise City Council

City Atty. Rocky Delgadillo appointed a special lawyer Thursday to advise the City Council in an effort to improve the relationship between his office and the city’s legislative body.
Eduardo Angeles will assume the new job Dec. 1. Angeles has been working as general counsel for the city airport agency.
The City Council this month hired its own attorney, who will work in the office of the chief legislative analyst.
