The freshman rushed for 184 yards and a touchdown in 26 carries to lead the Badgers to a 14-0 victory over visiting San Diego State.
Hill became the first Badgers freshman to run for 100 yards or more in three consecutive games since Anthony Davis did it in four straight in 2001.
Hill, a 5-foot-11, 242-pounder, has 415 yards and five touchdowns in his first three games.
Hill, who had 100 yards only four minutes into the third quarter, scored the Badgers’ first touchdown when he spun out of Nick Osborn’s tackle and sprinted 53 yards down the right sideline midway through the third quarter.
