Council Offers Reward for Ski-Mask Bandits

The City Council on Tuesday authorized a $75,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a group of robbers in ski masks who have been hitting restaurants and other small businesses in the San Fernando Valley.
There have been more than 50 restaurant robberies in the Valley in the last two years that were carried out by bandits wearing ski masks.
