Daniel threw for 4,170 yards and 33 touchdowns and Brennan led Hawaii to a 12-0 record and its first Bowl Championship Series appearance.

Louisiana State defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey won the Lombardi Award as the nation’s top college lineman or linebacker, his third individual honor in three days. Despite only 11 wins in three years, and becoming the first Washington coach to have three consecutive losing seasons, Tyrone Willingham will return for a fourth season with the Huskies, the school confirmed.
