BIG WEST CONFERENCE

Cal State Northridge (10-10, 3-4) at Long Beach State (13-6, 4-2), 7 -- The 49ers have won 11 of their last 13 games, but are coming off a loss Thursday at UC Irvine. They will have revenge on their minds after losing to Northridge, 90-83, Jan. 13. The Matadors have lost three of four since that victory, including two home conference losses last week.

Pacific (7-12, 3-3) at UC Irvine (10-12, 4-4), 7 -- The Anteaters have lost two of their last three games -- both against conference leader Cal State Fullerton -- but also have a victory over second-place Long Beach State sandwiched in between. They lead the conference in scoring defense at 65.1 points a game but have given up 76.7 over the last three. They defeated Pacific, 67-42, Jan. 13.

NONCONFERENCE

UC Santa Barbara (13-6) at UC Davis (4-15), 7 -- The Gauchos used two road victories last week to stay within half a game of the Big West Conference lead. They held Pacific and Northridge to 34% and 33.3% shooting, respectively, in those victories. Santa Barbara is 8-2 on the road and is 10-3 all time against Davis, but will be looking to avenge a 70-66 loss to the Aggies in their last meeting, Jan. 13.

PACIFIC 10 CONFERENCE

USC (13-8, 7-4) at Oregon State (8-11, 3-7), 7 -- USC’s run of seven victories in eight games has coincided with more scoring from senior point guard Jamie Hagiya, who has reached double figures in eight consecutive games. Hagiya scored a game-high 14 points last month in a 59-51 victory over Oregon State, offsetting a cold-shooting game by USC scoring leader Shay Murphy. Murphy, averaging 19.1 points, scored 12 against Oregon State on three-for-14 shooting.

UCLA (12-11, 6-5) at Oregon (11-9, 3-7), 7 -- UCLA has won three in a row but had to rally Sunday for a 73-70 victory over last-place Washington State. Noelle Quinn, who had her jersey retired at Torrance Bishop Montgomery High on Tuesday night, scored only eight points. But last month against Oregon, she and teammate Lindsey Pluimer each had 21 points in a 77-70 victory in Pauley Pavilion.
