Transient held in molestations of 3
A transient who stayed in motor homes, motel rooms and with friends throughout the county for the last five years was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of committing lewd sexual acts on three children, all under 14, Ventura County sheriff’s officials said.
Marc Adrian Charpentier, 40, is accused of victimizing the children, ages 10, 12 and 13.
Authorities said he came in contact with the children as he moved about.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department believes there may be more victims.
