Wildfire destroys Reno home

A fast-moving brush fire fueled by strong winds destroyed one home and damaged two others in a southwest Reno neighborhood, the second time this month a wildfire had consumed a home in the city far ahead of the typical start of the fire season.
Half a dozen homes were threatened by the blaze, which was started by arcing power lines. One firefighter suffered minor injuries.
