2005 Pascal & Nicolas Reverdy Sancerre Vieilles Vignes
- Share via
With this 2005 Reverdy Sancerre from old vines, Sauvignon Blanc shows what it can be in a great year from a great winemaker. Cool and crisp, with a chiseled minerality, it is a real powerhouse, a wine that needs food to really shine. Brilliant with sashimi and crudo or a chilled shellfish platter, it’s also a fine match for the season’s spiny lobsters, or seared scallops in butter with a few drops of lemon.
