Tanker fire, fuel spill stop traffic for an hour
A tanker fire and spilled fuel shut down northbound Interstate 15 for more than a hour Monday as crews cleaned up fuel that had spilled across the highway. The incident shut lanes north of Oak Hills Road near Hesperia starting around 4 p.m. Rush-hour traffic backed up to the Kenwood Ave. exit at the mouth of the Cajon Pass.
