Inara George is one of those great should-be-more-famous L.A. pop voices. Her sassy yet implacably wounded falsetto has highlighted a number of great albums on her own and as a member of the electro-jazz duo the Bird & the Bee. For her new album, “An Invitation,” and this subsequent record release show, she’s calling in the big production guns: longtime family friend and Beach Boys arranger Van Dyke Parks.
