at Houston 94, Washington 69: In their first game after losing Yao Ming (foot fracture) for the season, the Rockets took a 7-0 lead and never trailed in winning their 13th in a row. Luther Head had 18 points to lead the Rockets. Dikembe Mutumbo (four points, six rebounds) replaced Yao.

at Milwaukee 105, Cleveland 102: Michael Redd made a 27-foot game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer, responding after LeBron James had made a game-tying layup with 5.9 seconds left. Mo Williams scored a season-high 37 points for Milwaukee. James scored 35 for Cleveland.

at Minnesota 111, Utah 100: The Timberwolves forced 24 turnovers and held the Jazz to six-for-21 shooting in the final quarter to get their first victory against a Northwest Division opponent. Al Jefferson and Rashad McCants scored 22 points apiece for the Timberwolves.

at Golden State 105, Seattle 99: Monta Ellis scored 30 points, Austin Croshere added 14 on six-for-six shooting in the decisive third quarter and the Warriors won for the fifth time in their last seven games. The Warriors outscored the SuperSonics, 27-17, in the third quarter.

Orlando 102, at New Jersey 92: Hedo Turkoglu scored 17 his 25 points in the fourth quarter and the Magic won its third in a row by closing the game on a 24-11 run to overcome an 81-78 deficit with 6:13 to play. Turkoglu had his 13th game with 10 or more points in the fourth quarter.

at Miami 107, Sacramento 86: Shawn Marion scored 24 points on 10-for-14 shooting and the Heat ended an 11-game losing streak by holding the Kings to 10% shooting (two for 20) in a 31-11 third quarter. It was the Heat’s first victory since trading Shaquille O’Neal to Phoenix on Feb. 6.

Phoenix 127, at Memphis 113: Steve Nash had 25 points and 13 assists and the Suns broke away with a 19-8 fourth-quarter run to beat the Grizzlies for the sixth time in a row. Shaquille O’Neal finished with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Rudy Gay had a career-high 36 points for Memphis.

at Lakers 96, Portland 83: Kobe Bryant scored 11 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter and Jordan Farmar tied a career-high with 21 points in a ninth straight victory.
