A man linked to nearly 100 cases of indecent exposure around Orange County pleaded not guilty Monday, authorities said.

Christopher Holden Fenn, 45, of Mission Viejo, was arrested Feb. 2 on suspicion of standing naked in front of a Tustin woman’s apartment. He was arraigned on two felony counts in that case, released on $200,000 bail and ordered to wear a tracking device.

Fenn, an insurance underwriter and father of four, has since been accused of exposing himself to nearly 100 women and four minors since July 2005. He has been charged with 24 felony and misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, aggravated assault and child annoyance.
