Phoenix 113, at Indiana 103: Amare Stoudemire scored 49 points, falling a point short of his career high, in the Suns’ victory over the Pacers. Stoudemire was 17 for 21 from the field, made 15 free throws without a miss and had 11 rebounds, six assists and five steals. Shaquille O’Neal played only 12 minutes because of foul trouble.

Detroit 100, at Toronto 93: Tayshaun Prince scored 16 of his 27 points in the second quarter to help the Pistons remain unbeaten. Allen Iverson was unavailable for Detroit because Chauncey Billups, one of three players traded to Denver in exchange for Iverson, had not completed his physical with the Nuggets.

at New York 101, Charlotte 98: Zach Randolph scored 25 points and Nate Robinson had 24 as the Knicks ruined Bobcats Coach Larry Brown’s first game back in New York.

at Cleveland 107, Chicago 93: LeBron James scored a season-high 41 points -- 15 on free throws -- in the Cavaliers’ victory. Derrick Rose had 20 points for the Bulls.

at Sacramento 100, Memphis 95: O.J. Mayo scored 28 points and made six three-pointers for the Grizzlies, but Kevin Martin scored 33 points to lead the Kings to their first victory.

at Golden State 111, Denver 101: Stephen Jackson had 29 points for the Warriors, who played without Corey Maggette (strained left hamstring).

at Miami 106, Philadelphia 83: Dwyane Wade scored 29 points and Mario Chalmers set a Heat franchise record with nine steals. Michael Beasley finished with 17 points for Miami.

Atlanta 87, at New Orleans 79: Joe Johnson scored 24 points and the Hawks made 12 three-point baskets to improve their record to 3-0.

at Milwaukee 112, Washington 104 (OT): Richard Jefferson scored 32 points and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute had 17 for the Bucks.
