at Cleveland 99, Milwaukee 93: LeBron James matched a season high with 41 points, finally putting the Bucks away with a steal and soaring dunk in the final minutes, and Mo Williams scored 16 against his former team as the Cavaliers won their fifth straight. It was the third time in four games that James has scored 41.

Utah 93, at Philadelphia 80: Carlos Boozer had 19 points and 16 rebounds and Deron Williams played for the first time this season to lead the Jazz past the 76ers. Williams had seven points and nine assists after missing the first six games because of a sprained left ankle he suffered in an exhibition Oct. 18 against Chicago.

Denver 88, at Charlotte 80: Carmelo Anthony scored 18 of his 25 points in the second half and the Nuggets improved to 3-0 with Chauncey Billups in the lineup. Billups had 16 points and five assists. Jason Richardson scored 23 points for the Bobcats.

at San Antonio 92, New York 80: Tim Duncan scored 23 points for the Spurs in their first game without the injured Tony Parker. San Antonio scored the first 11 points of the fourth quarter as the Knicks went five minutes without scoring. Jamal Crawford scored 28 points for New York.

Detroit 100, at Sacramento 92: The Pistons got their first victory in three games with Allen Iverson in the lineup, as the former league MVP scored 30 points and had nine assists. Tayshaun Prince added 26 points and 11 rebounds for Detroit. The Kings played without leading scorer Kevin Martin (ankle).

at Golden State 113, Minnesota 110 (OT): Stephen Jackson tied the score with 22.2 seconds left in regulation and scored six of his 30 points in overtime to lead the Warriors past the Timberwolves, who lost their sixth in a row.

Atlanta 113, at Chicago 108: The Hawks (6-0) are the only unbeaten team in the Eastern Conference.

Lakers 106, at Dallas 99: The Lakers held the Mavericks to 39 points in the second half.
