Where: Honda Center.
Records: Blackhawks 10-4-6, Ducks 12-8-3.
Record vs. Blackhawks (2007-08): 3-1-0.
Update: With Jean-Sebastien Giguere attending to personal business, the Ducks recalled goaltender David LeNeveu from minor league Iowa to serve as backup to Jonas Hiller today. To make salary-cap room, Brett Festerling was sent back to the minors. Giguere is scheduled to rejoin the Ducks for a game at Carolina on Sunday and Festerling is expected to be recalled. The Blackhawks lost goaltender Nikolai Khabibulin and defenseman Aaron Johnson during Wednesday’s 3-2 overtime loss to San Jose. Johnson left the game because of what appeared to be a left arm injury. Khabibulin had what was called a lower-body injury. The Ducks have not lost in regulation to Chicago at home since the 2000-01 season. They are 9-0-3 in that time.
