Phillies rally past Marlins
Philadelphia 6, at Florida 4 (10 innings): Chase Utley hit a go-ahead single in the 10th inning and the Phillies handed the Marlins their fifth straight loss.
Atlanta 10, at Cincinnati 2: Yunel Escobar drove in a career-high four runs and finished a triple short of the cycle.
at New York 8, Washington 2: Mike Pelfrey gave the Mets an effective start and Ryan Church drove in three runs. Pelfrey missed his previous turn because of forearm tendinitis.
Milwaukee 9, at Houston 8 (11 innings): Ryan Braun’s fourth hit was a go-ahead single in the 11th, after both teams blew ninth-inning leads.
San Francisco 5, at Arizona 3: Randy Johnson was shaky in his return to Arizona, but the Giants still won their fifth straight.
Pittsburgh 10, at San Diego 1: Craig Monroe drove in three runs and Zach Duke pitched 8 1/3 effective innings.
Dodgers 6, at Colorado 5: Russell Martin’s four RBIs helped James McDonald get his first big league win.
