Youth pastor accused of sex with teen

A Fullerton man who leads a church youth group is scheduled to be arraigned today on charges of smoking marijuana with a 15-year-old girl and having sex with her in the church parking lot.
Timothy Han, 21, is charged with one felony count of unlawful sexual intercourse, one felony count of oral copulation of a minor and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. If convicted, he could be sentenced to more than three years in state prison, the Orange County district attorney’s office said.
Han met the girl at Miracle Land Korean Baptist Church in Cypress.
Han is free on $50,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. at the West Justice Center in Westminster.
