at Portland 109, New York 108: The Trail Blazers won when Brandon Roy made a finger-roll layup at the buzzer. Travis Outlaw, who scored 23 points, made a jump shot with 31.9 seconds left to pull Portland to within one at 108-107, and the Knicks’ Al Harrington missed a layup on the other end.

at Washington 119, Indiana 117: Caron Butler scored 15 straight points, including a game-winning 18-footer at the buzzer, to lead the Wizards over the Pacers. Butler scored 17 points in the fourth quarter and 35 overall. Indiana’s Mike Dunleavy Jr. injured his right knee three minutes into the game.

at New Orleans 101, Minnesota 97: Sean Marks dunked with 7.8 seconds left to cap a career-high 18-point effort and the Hornets overcame the ejection of David West for a flagrant foul to beat the Timberwolves. Al Jefferson led Minnesota with 25 points and 14 rebounds, but he injured his right knee and had to be helped off the court in the final 30 seconds.
