Celtics embarrass Nuggets in Denver, 114-76
Boston 114, at Denver 76: The Celtics, in their second game since losing Kevin Garnett to a strained right-knee muscle, handed the Nuggets their worst home loss since a 111-72 rout by Chicago on Feb. 2, 1998. Ray Allen had 26 points.
at Utah 108, Atlanta 89: The Jazz won its fifth straight and welcomed back Carlos Boozer from a three-month absence. Boozer, playing sparingly, had two points in his first game since Nov. 19, when he injured his left quadriceps tendon. Deron Williams had 15 points and 10 assists.
New Orleans 112, at Sacramento 105: Chris Paul had 27 points and 13 assists and the Hornets held off a Kings rally led by Kevin Martin, who scored 24 points in the fourth period, an Arco Arena record for one quarter.
at New York 123, Indiana 119: Nate Robinson scored a season-high 41 points, including the tiebreaking layup with 26 seconds left. The Pacers were missing their top two scorers, All-Star Danny Granger and Mike Dunleavy.
Clippers 118, Golden State 105: Baron Davis had 25 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds against his former team.
