The largest prop house under one roof -- 120,000 square feet of Hollywood history -- is closing its doors after four decades and auctioning more than 90,000 items formerly used for film shoots and party rentals. The sale at 20th Century Props in North Hollywood will include Dr. Evil’s escape pod from “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery,” a suite of Art Deco-inspired furniture from the Jim Carrey film “The Mask,” Nicole Kidman’s dragon armchair from her character’s “Moulin Rouge!” boudoir and a 1,000-pound Frank O. Gehry carved wood fish. The auction starts at 10 a.m. daily July 28 to 30; previews run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 27 and 9 to 10 a.m. each morning during the run of the sale.
