Clippers tonight
AT NEW YORK
Time: 4:30 p.m. PDT.
On the air: TV: Ch. 5; Radio: 710.
Where: Madison Square Garden
Records: Clippers 17-54, Knicks 28-42.
Record vs. Knicks: 1-0.
Update: The Clippers are 0-3 so far on their six-game trip and have lost 28 road games this season. Only Golden State and Memphis have lost more. Clippers forward Al Thornton came off the bench in Monday’s loss to Boston after sitting out a game because of a shoulder injury. The Knicks, losers of five straight, seem to have lost their dwindling chance to make the playoffs. The Clippers beat the Knicks 128-124 in overtime last month at Staples Center, with rookie guard Eric Gordon leading the team with 30 points.
