Update: Lackey has had plenty of success against the Dodgers, going 5-1 with a 1.15 earned-run average. The right-hander’s 2.52 ERA in interleague play is second among all pitchers behind Johan Santana’s 2.49. But Lackey is still rounding into form this season after lasting only two pitches in his first start and five innings in his second, a 10-6 victory over Seattle on Monday in which he gave up five runs -- four earned -- and seven hits while striking out three. He was ejected from his previous start after two fastballs, one that went behind Ian Kinsler’s head and another that hit the Texas second baseman in the ribs. Left-hander Wolf has been steady in his four May starts, lasting at least 5 1/3 innings in each and compiling a 1.80 ERA.
