Dr. Laura: KFWB-AM (980), the new L.A. home for Laura Schlessinger’s advice show, will introduce her Tuesday with an 18-hour marathon -- a three-hour live broadcast at noon, followed by 15 hours of a “best of” program. The rest of KFWB’s new talk lineup kicks in Wednesday.

Mitzi returns: Mitzi Gaynor is returning to Kauai, Hawaii, for the first time since filming “South Pacific” there half a century ago. The Kauai Visitors Bureau said the 77-year-old actress will make two appearances in October, including one at the reopening of the St. Regis Princeville Resort, which is at the same location where the song “Some Enchanted Evening” was performed in the 1958 film.
