at San Diego 6, Arizona 5 (10 innings): Everth Cabrera’s run-scoring single won it in the 10th. The Diamondbacks’ Mark Reynolds, who set the major league record with 204 strikeouts last season, fanned four times to reach 200 this season.
at Atlanta 6, New York 5: The Braves scored twice against Francisco Rodriguez in the ninth inning, the winning run scoring on an error by first baseman Daniel Murphy.

Florida 5, at St. Louis 2: Josh Johnson (15-4) went six innings as the Marlins won for the 10th time in 14 games.
Milwaukee 9, at Chicago 5: Braden Looper pitched five innings for his career-high 13th win and Alcides Escobar went four for five with three RBIs.
